Payment for products

The amount to be paid will be the one displayed in the final step of the order.
To pay for the order, we provide the following methods:

1. Online card payment using Stripe, ApplePay or GooglePay

2. Payment at Sameday easybox (if you choose Pickup from Sameday easybox)

3. Cash on delivery or cash/card if you choose to pick up the product directly from the store


Cash on delivery is available only for orders up to 1000 lei. For orders with a value greater than 1000 lei, payment can be made exclusively online, by card, at the moment the order is placed.

Online card payment is carried out in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA/MASTERCARD logos and/or those registered and accepted by ApplePay and GooglePay. The payment is based on a secure online transaction processing system that ensures confidentiality, security and simplicity. Card data processing is carried out exclusively by the payment processor, our store does not store any details related to your card.

Delivery for products

Ordered products are delivered within 1-2 working days*** anywhere in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary, according to the areas covered by the partner courier company. An order placed on Friday after 14:00 will be shipped starting the following week.

Cost within Romania: 15.99 LEI (courier) / 12.99 LEI (Easybox). Delivery is FREE for orders over 300 LEI**

*We reserve the right to select the courier in order to optimize delivery costs.
**The final value of the shopping cart after applying discounts, if applicable. For payment at courier/locker, an additional cost of 3 LEI is applied and shown in the final step of the order, representing the processing cost for payment on delivery. This cost is added to the total delivery cost. Online card payment is free. You can choose Pickup from Showroom, in which case there is no delivery cost.
***Delivery times are estimated and may be extended due to various conditions beyond our control (weather, courier workload in certain periods, etc.) or depending on the courier's coverage area.
To track your order, go to the Order history and details section in your customer account. Click on the Details button for more information (Invoice, courier tracking number, etc) If you placed a quick order without a customer account, you can track the order in the Guest order tracking section, a link found at the bottom of all emails received from Jucarie si Magie.
