The purpose of collecting data is to inform Buyers regarding the status of their Account, including validation, shipping of products and invoicing of Orders, solving cancellations or any type of problem related to an Order, the Goods and/or services purchased, as well as sending Newsletters if the customer has opted for this option and/or periodic alerts, using electronic mail (email, SMS).
By completing the data in the Account and/or Order creation form, the Buyer declares and unconditionally accepts that their personal data will be included in the Magic Hub SRL database.
By reading this Document, you acknowledge that your rights provided by law are guaranteed. You have the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to intervene, the right to object, the right to deletion.
Based on a request submitted through the contact form while logged into your customer account, you may exercise your right to be informed whether your personal data is being processed, you have the right to intervene on the data, and you may request rectification, updating, anonymization, blocking or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with Law 677/2001 on the protection of individuals regarding personal data processing and the free circulation of such data, especially of incomplete or inaccurate data. To provide a personalized experience on our website, Magic Hub SRL may store information regarding cookies, IPs, ISP information (Internet Service Provider), the browser used to access the page (e.g., Internet Explorer or Firefox), the date and time of the visit, and information about the visited subpages.
Magic Hub may provide the Buyer’s personal data to partner companies in order to fulfill the concluded contract (ex: Courier companies). The right to data portability
You have the right to obtain the personal data you provided from the moment you became our customer. All information regarding orders or addresses is found in your account. Please contact us via the contact form if you wish to receive it in a different format than the one provided by our system.
The right to object to the use of personal data
In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to Magic Hub processing your personal data. If this is the case, please send us a message using the assistance form on our website, in the Contact section.
To stop receiving marketing messages:
If you do not want to receive marketing messages from Magic Hub regarding our services and products, you may opt out of all marketing communications.
